1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-printed products (unless defective)
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”
- Gift cards or downloadable products
c. Return Process
- Email us at support@edgewear.store with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or wrong).
2. Refunds
a. Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
b. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., signs of wear, damaged packaging, etc.).
c. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account or contact your card provider.
- If you still haven’t received it after 7 business days, contact us at support@edgewear.store.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Sent incorrectly (wrong size, color, or product)
To request an exchange, email us at support@edgewear.store with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or shipping and cannot be canceled.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on the situation.
